Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen is a filtering mechanical separation equipment used for mud solid phase treatment, which consists of screen and vibrator. The coarseness of the screen is expressed in mesh, generally the screen below 50 mesh is coarse screen, and the screen above 80 mesh is fine screen. The vibrator is an eccentric wheel, which rotates under the drive of the motor to make the screen frame vibrate. Due to the vibration of the screen frame, when the mud flows onto the screen surface, the coarser solid particles remain on the screen surface and are discharged from one end along the inclined surface, while the finer solid particles and mud liquid flow through the screen holes to the mud pool.
